Re: [higgins-dev] Higgins home page use of "User-Centric"

While nice, this is a problem we have had all the time we confuse folks by making these quick changes, our message has been all over the place and this just adds to the confusion

[higgins-dev] Higgins home page use of "User-Centric"

At the Internet Identity Workshop last week, Bob Blakley of the Burton Group gave presentations on the importance of relationship. He and some of the folks at the Burton Group have drafted a new paper on the subject.

Bob's message is that identity is always in the context of a relationship. While the concept of "user-centric" was important for getting people to think about new ways of interacting that are different from the traditional "enterprise-centric" or "federated " ways; ultimately "user-centric" is also limiting. A user needs to be interacting with something (i.e to have a relationship), in order to generate value.

This relationship message was very well received, and is already being echoed.

So the Higgins home page no longer leads with user-centric.
