quick update - we (Paul) have added a new "Target Milestone" value in Bugzilla called "Backlog" that can be used as longer term futures holding spot for any tickets that can't be scheduled for a specific milestone release.

• We are going to be creating a new release milestone called Higgins "Backlog" that can be used as a holding spot for any bugs that can't be committed to any future milestone release. I will send out another update when this new release milestone is created and available in Bugzilla. For now you can move issues that can be completed for M2 to a future milestone.
