[higgins-dev] More Fixes for 1.0.1

I added the following fixes to the 1.0.1 release of Higgins:

1. Support X509 certificate authentication in XML file context provider.  This was already supported in the JNDI context provider, and the XML file context provider needed to do the same.

2. Modified the informationcardgenerator class to support an X509 certificate authentication method.
