RE: [higgins-dev] Higgins version numbering

Scott/all,

Thanks Scott for mentoring us on this. Based on your email, I've revised my
proposal [1] to simply quote the Eclipse version numbering wiki page for
constituent "projects" as we call them (might be plugins, might be C++ libs,
etc). See 

OTOH for Higgins as a whole (entire "Higgins releases") I describe an
independent numbering scheme (e.g. 1.0.1, 1.0.2, etc.).
