[higgins-dev] Updated Higgins Data Model PPT

I have updated the PPT link under the “Introduction” section here:

http://wiki.eclipse.org/Higgins_Global_Graph based on feedback from the conf call last week. I’ll be presenting it at noon today over the phone to several folks from Nortel so I’ll no doubt want to make another set of revisions afterwards based on how it goes.
