Peter, The php page you have modified is not currently being used. You are correct that one approach would be to start using a version of this screen (I would make edits to the text at the top of the page, and rename it before we put it into production.) That would mean that we would also need to manually maintain the list of projects on this page, but I don't see an alternative.
