Re: FW: [higgins-dev] Broken link to Higgins downloads - 404 error for links under nightly builds

It appears that this is a problem that we (IBMers) see because
download.eclipse.org redirects to an internal mirror for us and the mirror
isn't up to date.
I'd love to know who to talk to inside IBM to fix this but the webmaster
email link is root@localhost ;-)
For now we'll just have to work from home when we need to download recent
builds.
