[higgins-dev] Broken link to Higgins downloads - 404 error for links und

I'm trying to download the war file
for the STS token service and the link is broken. Go to:
http://download.eclipse.org/technology/higgins/downloads/sts.binding.axis1x.service/builds/N-N20080204-200802040500/index.html
 
and try to open any of the links. 

This seems to be the case for any of
the components.
