No, I don't.  In the future, we plan to replace what's there with something more solid and when we do that, we'll have it be part of the nightly build for the milestone we check it into.

Do you consider http://wiki.eclipse.org/XML_File_Context_Provider to be part
of Higgins 1.0? It was not part of the 1.0M9 build.  If it is part of 1.0 we
need to include it in the nightly build.
