[higgins-dev] Context provider for IBM STS on higgins.eclipse.org unavailable until Tuesday Sept 4

The server running the LDAP directory that is used as the context provider for the STS running on higgins.eclipse.org has been shutdown for the extended weekend. The STS will be running but will not be able to reach the context provider. Service will be restored by noon on Tuesday Sept 4.
