[higgins-dev] Committer vote for Thomas Gross has been approved by the PMC 
technology.higgins Committers,
The PMC has approved the vote for Thomas Gross's full Committer status on
the technology.higgins project. The next step is for the project lead to
return to the portal and fill in the CVS package and employer information
for Thomas Gross.
