Our request to use Jaxen 1.1 has been rejected by Eclipse Legal. See below. We have approached the developers and have not been able to get clarity on these two points. Removing the article would solve one out of those two problems but not both. As a result, we cannot approve this submission at this point in time. I will now close this bug.
