Hi Michael,

It looks like the problem is that build.xml files for icard projects
has not been generated correctly - not all required projects were
checked out into workspace when those files were generated.

Also, I have to note that personally I'm using a bit modified version
of eclipse2ant to generate build files for plugins projects because
neither internal nor external (latest)version of eclipse2ant tool can
handle local plugins dependencies correctly starting from Eclipse 3.2
(see bug: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=89894).

I'll update build files for icard projects ASAP.
