Jim,

I suggest we keep the administration of these entities simple, in that
*I* don't need to be the central authority here.

I suggest you start a page on the wiki [1] and keep a registry there,
taking care to explain the purpose of the page and perhaps stuffing the
page with keywords folks would likely use to find the registry (such as
oid, arc, sub-arc, ldap, etc).

Thoughts?
