technology.higgins Committers,
The PMC has approved the vote for Andy Hodgkinson's full Committer status on the technology.higgins project. The next step is for the project lead to fill out the online new committer form http://www.eclipse.org/legal/committer_process/committer_request.html.

The PMC's comments were: Approved, although perhaps you all could have entered a few comments about why you thought Andy will be a good committer...
