[higgins-dev] Vote for Committer status for Sergey Lyakhov has started

technology.higgins Committers,
Paul Trevithick has nominated Sergey Lyakhov as a Committer on the technology.higgins project. The reason given is as follows:

Sergey Lyakhov has been working on Jena-based IdAS Context Provider as well as a CardSpace-interoperable I-Card Provider. 

Sergey has contributed to the dev list, e.g. most recently proposing changes to the IFilter interfaces here (http://dev.eclipse.org/mhonarc/lists/higgins-dev/msg01828.html) 

 
Sergey has 5 years experience in Java applications developing/support. He also has experience of working with Oracle, MS Visual FoxPro, Delphi.

The vote is being held via the MyFoundation portal and recorded in public on this mailing list.  The voting will continue until either all 12 existing Committers have voted or until they have been given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least one week). Sergey Lyakhov must receive at least three +1s and no -1s for a successful election.
