[higgins-dev] Updated higgins.owl (v1.12)

Changes:
- added all of the xsd literal types (at long last (thanks Evgeniy for
helping me))

Theoretically Breaking Changes [I really doubt anyone was using 'identifier'
so in practice nothing should break]:
- removed identifier (as a property)
- added Id (as a subclass of SubjectRelationship)

Updated:
- the new higgins.owl is at the usual/same URL:
http://www.eclipse.org/higgins/ontologies/2006/higgins.owl 
- doc updated here: http://wiki.eclipse.org/index.php/Higgins_Ontology 

BTW...At some point soon I'd like to do some global renaming of higgins.owl
Classes and Properties. I'm tired of looking at
higgins:StringSimpleAttribute and higgins:IntegerSimpleAttribute when
higgins:String and higgins:Integer would work just as well. Or
higgins:booleanSimpleValue vs. higgins:boolean, and so on. I think the
extreme explicitness has served its purpose. But I'll give everyone warning,
cuz this really would break everything.
