[higgins-dev] How the Icard accesses the STS

Hi folks,

I had a general question about a TokenCard I-Card.  The interface
exposes a "requestDigitalIdentity" method.  

I presume the implementation of this method works as follows: the method
sends an RST to the STS requesting a token.  It then waits for the
response RSTR, formats it, and returns a token.

Is this correct?

If so, how does the I-card get a handle to the STS?  Will this type of
configuration be setup in the registry?
