Mike,

Which STS projects should build war files, and what is in those war files (and what are their names)? I know the org.eclipse.higgins.sts.bindings.Axis1xService needs to generate one. And I know org.eclipse.higgins.sts.binding.axis1x.xfer_temp/ does too, but I assume that's going away/being moved?

Tomorrow, I'd like to add war targets to the STS builds, so having this info would be helpful.
