[higgins-dev] Draft response to OSP - status update on additional change

Based on feedback in the OSIS and Higgins calls this week, I’ve sent out two emails to the mailing lists with proposed changes to the Draft Response to the Open Specification Promise at http://wiki.eclipse.org/index.php/Draft_Response_to_Open_Specification_Promise

 

There is one more piece of feedback from Chuck Mortimore that I am still working on how to incorporate.

 

To address the suggestion that it would be great if other companies followed in Microsoft’s footsteps and also issued their version of the Open Specification Promise with respect to any relevant IP they might hold, I have for now, added some words at the top of the draft response.
