Hi Tom,

I am working on a new version that should clear this up. It will properly
include a version number (0.5.0) in the Ontology header. Its (resolveable)
URI (URL) will be http://www.eclipse.org/higgins/ontologies/2006/higgins.owl
. The new version will also add the Metadata class discussed at the F2F in
Raleigh last week, and requested by Jim a couple days ago on this list.
