All good questions. I'm planning on putting the list of enhancements/features needed on the wiki in the short term, although eventually, bugzilla is the proper place for that info.

The roadmap is in progress, as we are still defining what resources the committers can contribute.

Good idea about the list of volunteers. Since we just made the binaries available, the interest in Hibachi should start to rise, and the number of people willing to contribute along with it. I have been in contact with various people over the past year who've expressed interest in contributing, and now that our first release is approaching, I will recontact them.

Is there a list somewhere (or will there be) containing what needs to be
done on Hibachi? Or some kind of roadmap detailing the features that are
implemented and what needs to be implemented?

Also, is there a list of volunteers? I'd just be interested in knowing
who is doing what. I don't know if this would be useful to anyone else.
