Hi Sebastian,
It could be a problem in the interpreter wizard or a deeper problem. In general, if there are no absolute paths in the files and you keep the relative paths consistent it should work. Do you maybe want to send me your example? You can also send it to me outside of the mailing list.
Can I ask: how did you register and unregister the metamodel? If you use dynamic metamodels it is better not to register them in the global registry.

When I move the metamodel, the henshin file, and the instance model into
a new folder I get:

the metamodel the selected instance model is typed over.
I tried to check the paths to the ecore file, registered and
unregistered the metamodel, created a new instance model (in the newly
created folder) but all to no avail, the warning wouldn't go away. Then
I moved everything back into the original folder, and everything worked
again. BTW, I imported the EPackage from the workspace when I started
work on my transformations, I also try to load the EPacakge from the
metamodel registry after moving the transformation (and everything else)
to the new folder, but that didn't solve the problem either. Any hints
on where to look for a solution to this problem?
