Hi,

I fixed a small bug in the graphical editor. After that, I tested the 
new <<require>> action for PACs and did not run into any problems. Also, 
the graphical editor uses "Not"s for NACs now, and no longer the 
"negated"-flag. The syntax for PAC and NAC names is the same, so either 
<<require:NAME>> or <<forbid:NAME>>. The versions without names: 
<<require>> and <<forbid>> are synonyms for <<require:default>> and 
<<forbid:default>> (so the name of the PAC/NAC is set to 'default' then).
