I've seen similar problems when validating my launch config, if the org.eclipse.osgi bundle was missing for some curious reasons. the cause is, that the required capability of the jre is provided by this bundle.
if this is not the cause please, we'd need some additional context of your problem.

I have Java 1.7 as installed JRE.
Any help, in this regard is highly appreciated. We want to point to our sonar server analyze and fix our project source code using sonalint plugin in eclipse on an ongoing basis instead of depending on the sonar server.
