[gyrex-dev] Refracotirn of the jobs api

Hi all,

even the jobs api in Gyrex is still internal, You may already use it.

For the 0.11 release we decided to make some minor changes on it. Please see
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=361217 for further
information.
