Hello everyone,

Today, I'm a SPOF as the unique Chocolatey maintainer for golo https://chocolatey.org/packages/golo and with the ownership of the publishing tool (on AppVeyor) https://ci.appveyor.com/project/rlespinasse/chocolatey-golo

I think we can define some process this matter.
