[golo-dev] Findbugs integration

I've opened an experimental pull-request that integrates the Findbugs static analysis tool in the build process.

You can see the results by running a simple ./gradlew check.

There are interesting violations being reported, perhaps that could make a nice focus for 3.1.

Also if you think this PR shall be merged, please say so :-)
