[gmf-dev] Apply patch from bug 460116

Hi,

 

As a member of the Papyrus team, it would be very nice to get some feed-back on our contribution for a more extensible API on wrapping labels, as indicated on bug 460116 [1].  Ideally we would like to see it integrated (if it is accepted) in the M6 milestone.

 

Anyways, your review of the patch will be greatly appreciated.  If there is anything we can do to help the process, please let us know.
