[gmf-dev] Commit rights for Cherie Revells have been expired

Anthony Hunter has expired the commit rights for Cherie Revells (crevells).
 The reason for this change is:

I have been asked to decommitterize inactive committers and Cherie has been
inactive for some time. Of course we can re-elect her quickly whenever
