[gmf-dev] Modify domain Model at runtime and generate code

Hi,
  In a GMF application, is it possible
to modify the domain model (ecore) at runtime. My requirement is to add
a new element to the domain model at runtime. As I understand, this would
involve modifying the ecore and generating the relevant code in .edit and
.diagram projects. 

Is there a way to accomplish the above.
