Hello,

I noticed that the tests.runtime plug-in
aren't included in this psf file.  Also, none of the example plug-in
are included either.  Since this is the project we would recommend
gmf developers load into their workspace I think it would beneficial to
have visibility of examples to see dependencies and tests to run.

Is it ok if I add the missing plug-ins
or am I missing the intent of this psf?
