[gmf-dev] Resolved Bugzilla Bug 109610 org.eclipse.gmf.tests.runtime.emf

GMF Runtime Updates:  

A left over issue from the com.ibm.xtools
to org.eclipse.gmf refactoring.
The org.eclipse.gmf.tests.runtime.emf.type.ui
plug-in still had code as org.eclipse.gmf.runtime.emf.type.core.tests rather
than refering to org.eclipse.gmf.tests.runtime.emf.type.ui.
This has been fixed.

Note that this plug-in should have been
refactored to be core tests rather than UI tests. Not sure how this happened,
but I will fix.
