[gemini-dev] JPA migration to Git complete

Note that this is the pattern for gemini git repos in the future, i.e:
    /gitroot/gemini.<subproject>/org.eclipse.gemini.<subproject>.git

I have updated the source repo URL in the Gemini JPA metadata.
