I attached the current implementation as a patch to the https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=321967.

The automation of the feature.xml is still missing.

The patch is based on the build infra that we are using, but also there is some common stuff for all gemini subprojects so if you have comments I will appreciate them.

A while ago a question was raised about Gemini Web's support for p2. The current status is that this is still work in progress covered by bug 321967. The aim of that bug is to have Gemini Web create a p2 update site containing the Gemini Web bundles. (The remaining piece of work for that bug is to generate feature.xml from other data in the project to avoid duplication and maintenance issues.)
