[gemini-dev] Blueprint RI

The OSGi Blueprint spec is going to be rev'ed for the Enterprise Spec to 
be released by the end of the year. Gemini Blueprint started as the RI 
for the last 4.2 enterprise release, but in order to continue being the 
RI it will need to incorporate some of the additional namespace handler 
and interceptor specs. The question is whether the blueprint team, or 
any of its contributors, or community, would like to do this work to 
help Gemini Blueprint be the RI for the next 4.3 enterprise release.
