Hi,

With the introduction of OSGi RFC-66 (or web support for OSGi), it made sense for the Spring DM web support to be deprecated.
In practice this means that Gemini Blueprint focuses on just the Blueprint spec - if you want web support as well, you can use Gemini Web alongside just fine.

Hope this helps,

Subject: [gemini-dev] 1.0.0.M1 web support?

Hi all,

I've noticed in the project's root pom the 'web' and 'web-extender' modules have been commented out and that their corresponding directories don't even exist.

Is this to mean that the 1.0.0.M1 distribution does not support the Blueprint Web Application Specification?  I notice that Spring DM 2.0.0.M1 does have these directories and probably does support web applications.

Sorry if this has been answered before - I just don't see anything about it on the project web site.

Thanks,

Les
