[gemini-dev] Question about "works with" dependencies

Hi Mike,

 

Barb from the Eclipse team asked me to check with you regarding the CQ bug I filed for Easymock 2.5.2:

Barb is asking if this CQ is considered a “works with” dependency.  Originally, I thought this was the case, but at our last Gemini meeting the “works with” clause was described as applying to components that a given project may use at runtime dynamically.  Since this CQ is really just a test dependency downloaded by Maven and used during testing, I’m not sure that “works with” applies here. 

 

Have there been any decisions on the RT-PMC meetings regarding these types of dependencies?
