[gef-dev] No dedicated Neon.1 RC4 contribution

Hi all,

please be aware that there will (most likely) be no dedicated RC4 contribution for the upcoming Neon.1 release. Unless no last-minute blocker is identified, the RC3 contribution will be used for the release.
