[gef-dev] Re-promoted GEF4 contribution to Neon M6.

Hi all,

as we could resolve https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=489530 today, I decided to re-promote our GEF4 M6 promotion (using gef4-master #3127). The initial promotion is still available on the update-site, while I removed the drop files from our downloads area.
