| [gef-dev] Promoted GEF contribution for Neon M3 |
Hi all, I just promoted gef-master #1733 and gef4-master #2783 as our Neon M3 contribution. I also updated the simrel contributor file to point to these contributions. Please be aware that we have revised the (provisional) API of the GEF4 FX and GEF4 MVC components to a larger extend between M2 and M3 (while several changes are related to renamings only). All bugzillas closed for M3 can in addition be found at https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/buglist.cgi?classification=Tools&list_id=13141618&product=GEF&query_format=advanced&target_milestone=3.11.0%20M3. The most important breaking changes applied since Mars.1 are documented at https://wiki.eclipse.org/GEF/New_and_Noteworthy/3.11. We will provide a detailed list of all applied (provisional) API changes soon. Please be aware that refactorings are also planned for the GEF4 Layout, Zest, and Cloudio components up to M5.
