[gef-dev] GEF 3.9 Final Daze

Hi all,

I just archived all our old releases up to 3.8.1 (i.e 3.8.2 is still in place) and prepared ( i.e. moved all drop files and update artifacts in place but ensured they are still hidden) the final 3.9 release based on our Hudson gef-master build #697 (which was reused from M7 onwards). 

GEF is thus ready to go (I will just have to make drop files and update site artifacts visible and we will have to announce the release on our web page).
