[gef-dev] Created R3_8_maintenance branch and created gef-maintenance bu

Hi all,

now that 3.8 is officially released, I have create a R3_8_maintenance branch within our git repo, and I have enabled a second build job on hudson.eclipse.org (gef-maintenance), which uses this branch (i.e. 3.8SR1 development), while the former gef-nightly-tycho job was renamed to gef-master and is still used to build the master branch (i.e. 3.9 development).
