[gef-dev] Making zest extendable

Hi,

First, I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to direct this request, but here goes:

So, we're working on a project which uses zest for visualisation. We're using zest 2.0 mostly because of the SpaceTreeLayoutAlgorithm which suits our needs far better than any of the other layout algorithms. Still, we had some things we needed to change about the layout algorithm, so we tried to extend the SpaceTreeLayoutAlgorithm class, but even making some minor changes seems fairly impossible with all those private inner classes. So I'd like to request you to make it all a little more accessible to other classes and packages.
