[gef-dev] Commit rights for Randy Hudson have been expired

Anthony Hunter has expired the commit rights for Randy Hudson (rhudson). 
The reason for this change is:

Randy is no longer an active committer and has not been making an ongoing
contribution to GEF for the last few releases. We want to thank Randy for
his outstanding contributions and will welcome him back in the future if
possible. Best wishes for his work on IBM products that continue to be
based on the GEF Framework he helped create.
