Hi Karun,
I gave it another go and it works fine. This is the same update site used
to create the Europa release, so it has definitely been tested.
Are you using a mirror? If not, give it another go.

Hello,
I am trying to download the GEF feature using the instructions on their
website:
http://wiki.eclipse.org/index.php/GEF_Developer_FAQ#Use_the_Eclipse_Update_Manager
However, Eclipse (3.3) keeps giving the following error:

http://download.eclipse.org/tools/gef/update-site/releases/site.xml";

The last message is duplicated in the error message. That is, it is as it
appears above.
Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?
