[gef-dev] Propose making Mohammed Mostafa committer to GEF...

Mohammed has been a committer on the
GMF project for over a year and played a critical role bringing it to 1.0
status and out of incubation.  More recently he has focused on the
GEF project and has worked in areas of layout in and developing fixes.
 Over the next year, his focus will be more exclusively on GEF to
look at potential integration issues with GMF and Eclipse platform (operation
history / command frameworks).

+1 for committer status.
