Hi,
I want to know whether i can load my own tree structure at the left side of the main eclipse window instead of the default eclipse tree, if yes then can you guide me how to do that?

Hi,
you can't do that...but you can create a view with tree structure. using this view u can display tree of ur own. and with your own  perspective u can show the view in same place of eclipse tree structure view.
