[gef-dev] Moving to RC1

We are moving to RC1.  We have
dependencies on internal icon constants which were made external in RC1.
Dan will fix and release the RC1 breaks
tuesday morning.  Everyone should import RC1 into their workspace
when catching up.
Build map will be updated before lunch
tuesday and we will request a manual build at that time.

Anyone using GEF should continue using
M5 until tomorrows build is available.
