[geclipse-dev] WG: [CQ 1141] org.bouncycastle Version: 1.35

Hi all 

We got an answer from Sharon concerning the "injection" of bouncycastle. 
see below and in the corresponding IPZilla ticket. 

Bouncycastle has be rejected in a earlier "IP request" 
(see https://dev.eclipse.org/ipzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=1156 ) 

We have to find out what were the reason for the rejection.
And how the other project reacted on this rejection.
